The Beach House Collection

If there is one image that comes to mind when people think of property in Yzerfontein, it must be The Beach House Collection. The first villa in the collection is called Pearl Bay, aptly named after the location within Yzerfontein where all three villas are situated. It offers, three bedrooms in the main house and a fourth bedroom or “honeymoon suite” in the adjacent standalone boathouse. The villa features a large kitchen, lounge and dining area, with limewashed wooden floors and a wood burning fireplace; leading onto spacious wooden deck with infinity pool – perfect for those Instagram Influencer posts.

Right next door you will find White Sands, the second villa in the series. This five-bedroom double storey villa has a slightly more modern contemporary touch with its mix of cement screed, American Shutters and the wrap-around balcony & veranda. It also offers a well-equipped kitchen with separate scullery & pantry, and a large indoor/outdoor entertainment area with fireplace, outside built-in barbeque and plunge pool. The real highlight is the extra-large main bedroom with its panoramic sea views, private TV lounge and open-plan bathroom with supersized shower.

The latest addition to the collection is Thyme & Tide, a seven-bedroom villa located on a beachfront stand in Dassen Island Drive. It features the signature wrap-around wooden deck and balcony, large open-plan entertainment areas (including an outdoor built-in braai), a modern gourmet kitchen (also with separate scullery and pantry) and an upstairs TV lounge. It also boasts a private & sunny, central courtyard with sundeck and swimming pool, ideal for indoor & outdoor entertaining (very cleverly designed to keep you sheltered from the Cape South-Easter winds in summer). It is perfect for larger families and groups.

Each of the villas has been stylishly decorated with signature furniture pieces, featuring light woods, white linens & white curtains throughout, in keeping with both the classic and sometimes modern beach house vibe. Guest can expect free Wi-Fi, off street parking, DSTV, braai facilities, fresh towels and linen and all the villas are serviced daily by the property management team.
